Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify, prospect, and establish business relationships with companies, factories, and commercial offices in Dhaka EPZ and Chittagong.

  • Promote the company’s software portfolio, including Cloud Services, SaaS Applications, and Security Solutions.

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and recommend solutions (Solution Selling approach).

  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with the Technical/Pre-Sales team to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly software sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in the CRM system.

  • Track competitor offerings and market trends within the industrial IT and cybersecurity domains.
