∎ Bachelor degree on Sales & Marketing in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of local market trends on banquet sales and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
∎ Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
∎ Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
∎ Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
∎ Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
∎ Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
∎ Attend Sales events, as required
∎ Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management including the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads
∎ Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional
∎ Prepares the weekly report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, Hotel Management, Banquet
∎ Must have Direct Sales Experience of Corporate Sales, generating sales lead, visiting Corporate
∎ and Institutional customers.
∎ Well conversant, good nature, groomed, positive and can do attitude
∎ As the Marketing and Communications skill for hotel & banquet marketing.
∎ Must be result oriented and need to be in the market on regular basis to bring in Banquet Sales for the hotel
∎ Experience on implement marketing strategies.
∎ Promote the hotel's brand, increase awareness, and drive revenues.
Salary: Negotiable
