Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Assisting AVP,HOD of Sales & Planning
∎ -Clear Idea of sealable project & units
∎ -Sharp knowledge about digital Marketing in social media & electronic media to fulfill sales target. And also not afraid of sales target , initiate & self-driven minded .
∎ -Capable to sale flat/apartment independently.
∎ -Capable to handle new/existing customer strongly.
∎ -To create strong database and able to client handle independently as per provided guidelines
∎ -Should be capable of generate creative planning & execution, marketing database, social media advertising & other advertising campaigns.
∎ -Must have a knowledge to do the team work, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 year(s) practical experience in reputed real estate company.
∎ Must have knowledge about Digital Marketing, Client Management, Content Marketing, Graphics Design(Optional).
∎ Must have computer knowledge & strong command on MS office, Excel.
∎ Must be capable in Database, E-mail & SMS marketing to generate leads.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
