Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to Work at the front line of an Online in social media,
∎ Face book Live presentation for showing latest collection.
∎ Require to generate new innovative Ideas and creating interactive and engaging contents (Written, Visual) for
∎ Social Media Platforms using creative skills for boosting sales as well as brand value.
∎ Require to reply customer queries & complaints positively in a professional Manner.
∎ Post/publish daily content (news, trends, analysis, featured content, products, etc.) on-line, in social media, multimedia,
∎ daily newsletter.
∎ Analyze current client base or target market for the company.
∎ Devise new ways to expand that client base.
∎ Maintain positive relationships with client to encourage repeat and recurring business.
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences and requirement.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment and ability to meet instant customer needs.
∎ Ensure and maintain professional attitudes Gentle interaction with customers to understand their needs and
∎ ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Deal with dissimilar types complaints and resolve them with creativity.
∎ Willing to take responsibility of achieving sales target.
∎ Make Proper Inventory Management & Weekly report to management
