∎ We are seeking a qualified and ambitious salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales with experience selling high ticket items. The salesman will have to assume different roles at times, a project coordinator, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert.
∎ He will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively understand the delicate needs of our premium clients, and persuasively pitch best solution to the clients. The candidate must be physically fit and able to spend long hours on their feet.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of individual sales & collection target as well as company goal set by the management
∎ Attending walk-in customer & convert them to actual customer
∎ Implementing AIDA sales formula
∎ Prepare Order sheet, ensure delivery & setting of product
∎ Ensure full collection of payment
∎ Prepare all necessary documents for sales process
∎ Maintaining display according to Plano gram
∎ Ensure zero defect products in display
∎ Communicate & Coordinate with factory & customer
∎ Maintain Customer Relationship
∎ Handling Customer Complain
∎ Maintaining Lost Customer Data Base
∎ Prepare Daily Activity Report
∎ Communication with existing customer
∎ Prepare Price Tag
∎ Ensure Cleanliness
∎ Maintain company approved dress code
∎ Strictly maintain company rules and salesmanship discipline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills.
∎ Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
