Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Marketing for Elevator, Escalator.
∎ Sourcing & Contacting with Consultants & Clients on a regular basis.
∎ Buildup & monitoring marketing activities, Client Visit & arrange meeting with the customer.
∎ Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and successfully hit sales targets by converting leads into clients.
∎ Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
∎ Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals.
∎ Identify and qualify new revenue-generating sales opportunities.
∎ Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analysis to potential clients, developing.
∎ Long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support services, and Execution of Projects.
∎ Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.
∎ Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing policy & contributing to developing marketing strategies.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to sales increase.
∎ Prepare regular sales action plan.
∎ Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
∎ Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
