• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• অবশ্যই মোটর বাইক লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে।
• অবশ্যই মোটর বাইক চালানো জানতে হবে।

• Responsible for managing all Sales & Marketing activities related to lifts, and escalators.

• Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.

• Generate sales leads and call potential clients for follow-up.

• Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.

• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.

• Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

• Prepare documentation of sales activities.

• Negotiate prices, and terms of payment, and prepare sales agreements.

• Evaluate competitor’s products, activities, and selling strategies in the local industry.

• Formulate and implement sales policy and strategy to reach sales targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external customers.

• Hold a leading approach and expertise to assure customer confidence and satisfaction to facilitate job profitability.

• Lead entire sales team.

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
