Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain are dealer for sell in & out
∎ Shop liftup from the dealer
∎ Sell through for target achivement
∎ Area sales team management
∎ Monthly sell through target analysis and setup
∎ Monthly sell in target analysis and setup
∎ Achive monthly sell through and sell in target
∎ New shop development
∎ Analize product knowledge and apply to sales team
∎ Core market analysis and development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced working ability in MS package
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and acurately, corresponding with the concern area
∎ Strong communicational skills: both in English & Bengali
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Work under tremendous pressure of meeting the deadlines
∎ Report writing capabilities (MS PowerPOint & other mediums)
∎ Flexibility to work in anywhere of Bangladesh
∎ Dress Code: As per company Policy
∎ Facial Grooming: Clean shaved or trimmed beard
