∎ B. Sc. Engineering in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical.
∎ · BBA / MBA from any reputed university.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Marketing and Sales Executive or Engineer. Develop and implement the marketing plan and sales for construction equipment rental activities and steel structure building.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Visiting the client's office, the yard, and rental places such as the project and site offices in detail.
∎ · Must have the ability to continuously communicate with the client, contractors, project office, project manager/engineer, and meetings with clients from all ranges on a regular basis for the requirements of equipment rental.
∎ · Search new clients/project for equipment rental industries, and steel structure.
∎ · Develop and implement creative marketing and sales strategies that will make an impact.
∎ · Continuous follow-up and convince the client for equipment rental development, and steel structure manufacturing development.
∎ · To create a proposal for a presentation and deliver it to the customer in order to rent equipment and get any relevant paperwork.
∎ · To set business development targets monthly and yearly and analyze the achievements.
∎ · Additional duties and tasks as assigned by the superior/management.
