Responsibilities & Context:
কোম্পানির মালিকানাধীন জমির শেয়ার ও রিয়েল এস্টেট প্রজেক্ট বিক্রয় করা।
ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রপার্টি প্রেজেন্ট করা।
নতুন সম্ভাব্য ক্রেতা খুঁজে বের করা এবং সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন করা।
প্রপার্টি ভিজিট ও ডিল ক্লোজ করার জন্য কাস্টমারদের সহায়তা করা।
মার্কেটিং টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে সেলস কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
Job Other Benifits:
BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable) based on experience and performance.
