∎ Responsible for achieving aggressive Monthly targets.
∎ Influences communicate, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
∎ To communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media & email.
∎ To maintain healthy relationships with existing customers.
∎ To create a solid database of prospective customers.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.
∎ Report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ To visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Focus on how to promote more sales.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e.
∎ Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
