∎ Previous experience in sales (preferably in retail or bikes).
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
∎ Passion for cycling and a good understanding of bike features and brands.
∎ Goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greeting customers and providing product recommendations based on their needs.
∎ Demonstrating bike features and answering customer questions.
∎ Assisting with bike fittings, maintenance tips, and proper care instructions.
∎ Upselling accessories and related products.
∎ Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales goals.
∎ Managing customer orders, handling payments, and processing returns.
∎ Digital Camping or Advertising for bike sell
