Job Context:
∎ MG Machineries Corporation of Monpura Group is looking for a young dynamic and enterprising sales Representative. Having 2 (Two) years experience in machinery sales.
∎ Job Location: Head Office: House-27, Road-126, Gulshan-1, Dhaka
∎ Corporate Office: Cha-75/2, Pragati Sarani (Ridgedale), Badda, Dhaka
∎ Sales Office: Monpura Tower, 383, Satarkul Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka
∎ Warehouses: 448, Satarkul Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be interested in working in their district with CNC or wood designed machines.
∎ To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, Provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
∎ To keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job, providing effective training to all levels of team members.
∎ To efficient and effective credit management to getting output for the business.
∎ To strong network building in the segment of traders and end-users.
∎ To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility.
∎ Ensure Area/Territory sales target and Evaluate agent & dealer performance;
∎ Collect regular market feedback & report to Head office.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Imported Machineries sales & Marketing.
∎ Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing Dept.
∎ Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.
