Job Responsibilities:
∎ SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
∎ PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
∎ Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
∎ Effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
∎ MARKET RESEARCH:
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
∎ Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
∎ SALES REPORTING:
∎ Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress towards targets.
∎ Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
∎ TEAM COLLABORATION:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to achieve overall business objectives.
∎ Share market feedback and customer insights with relevant teams.
∎ NEGOTIATION AND CLOSING:
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company.
∎ Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively.
∎ DATABASE:
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
∎ Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales contracts.
∎ Prior experience in dealing with international clients preferred

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Sales commission and bonus will be given on sales targets with a Fix salary per month
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sunday will be an Official Holiday and Friday is always open as per the India timezone
∎ Job Time and Day: Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM BD Local time
