∎ Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI), an institution of Daffodil International University (DIU), is recruiting for the position of Sales Executive and Marketing Executive.
∎ Job Location:
∎ HRDI Office, Daffodil International University, Daffodil Smart City, Ashulia, Dhaka
∎ HRDI Office, Daffodil Education Network, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching prospects and generate leads
∎ Familiarize themselves with HRDI products
∎ Maintain liaison with external institutes, colleges, universities and corporate houses.
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to build
∎ successful strategies and ensure paid customers to generate revenue for HRDI
∎ Develop and maintain potential students databases within assigned territory
∎ Work with month to month sales target
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Individuals with more experience will be able to negotiate a higher base salary.
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
∎ Target oriented individual who has the ability to meet and exceed targets within the deadline.

Salary:
∎ Monthly base + Commission based on sales target (Negotiable)
