Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the HRDI team to set the marketing strategies for the business
∎ Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives
∎ across different channels and segments
∎ Lead the execution of marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to build
∎ successful strategies and ensure paid customers to generate revenue for HRDI
∎ Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights
∎ for future campaign development and strategies
∎ Plan social media content & execute
∎ Plan campaigns that will bring growth in all HRDI platforms
∎ Manage B2B, B2C marketing & mail marketing
∎ Research about influencers and enlist them
∎ Communicate with the influencers and onboard them
∎ Plan relevant contents and maintain data sheets

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive OR in social media marketing.
∎ Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
