Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in the following business areas: Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Stores, or Multinational Companies.
Supervisory experience is required; candidates with experience in Institute Sales will be given preference.
Preferably with a valid motorcycle driving license.
Age flexible for highly experienced candidates).
Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Willing to travel frequently for market visits and client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
