∎ MBA (Major in Marketing). We encourage only MBA graduates majoring in marketing to apply for this Sales Executive position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the targeted sectors to identify sales opportunities.
∎ Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and decision-makers within each industry, and develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy.
∎ Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, becoming their trusted advisor for industrial air compressor and bearing solutions.
∎ Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's industrial air compressor and bearing products, as well as their applications within each industry.
∎ Solution Selling: Offer customized solutions to clients, aligning product features and benefits with their specific needs and requirements.
∎ Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition of our products.
∎ Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring they are delivered promptly to clients.
∎ Negotiation and Closing: Engage in effective negotiation techniques to secure sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
∎ Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
∎ Market Expansion: Continuously explore opportunities to expand the company's market share within the assigned industries and regions.
∎ Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams to improve products and services.
∎ Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with one or two years of experience in sales, particularly in industrial machinery or any other items related to manufacturing industries.
∎ Motorbike Driving License.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
