  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in performing tasks such as maintaining records and scheduling appointments.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome visitors: Act as the first point of contact with clients, guests and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly impression.

  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Administrative Support: Provide support to management by scheduling meetings, organizing files and maintaining records.

  • Coordinating appointments: Schedule and manage meetings for clients and employees, ensuring that daily activities are carried out smoothly.

  • Office Maintenance: Monitor and organize office supplies, maintain cleanliness in the reception area and ensure a welcoming work environment.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve client queries and direct them to the relevant department as necessary.

  • Supporting HR Duties: Assisting with basic HR-related tasks such as maintaining attendance logs and supporting recruitment activities as needed.
