Job Context:
The post of Sales Executive (Female) is primarily concerned with managing and dealing with the customers / prospective customers about our products and service. She will be responsible to provide / cascade detailed information regarding features and facilities of our products in a friendly and professional way.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing information for lands / apartments / flats / condominium / interior design etc.
Maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account
Make phone calls to targeted customers, assess, and qualify for sales development.
Answering customer queries through various social media platforms
Arrange sales appointments and create sales opportunity
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Service to ensure understanding on customer`s requirements
Ensuring remedial and preventive actions are planned and executed in case of service failures and responding to emergency situations
Taking extra care of VIP / group customers
Ensure excellent customer services are extended to the customer
