Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily attendance and report to top management.
∎ Control HR Operation.
∎ Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
∎ Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
∎ Provide advice and assistance to General Manager on staff recruitment.
∎ Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
∎ Schedule and organize interviews.
∎ Responsible for Facebook live and Digital Marketing related work.
∎ Develop Nation wise New Franchisee, Wholesale Buyer and Dealership point
∎ Follow up the franchisee and the Wholesale operations are smoothly going on.
∎ Responsible for set up nationwide Sales network using wholesale customer or franchisee base.
∎ Responsible for sales, target achievement, smooth operation of the sales team.
∎ Develop and implement Product branding, Promotional plan and budgeting.
∎ Initiate and follow up Brand promotion or other promotional activities using present resource.
∎ Monitor the competitor pricing and analyzing trends of the market within the Bangladesh and fix up the best pricing accordingly.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports as well as quarterly reports and routine cross-check the quality And utilization of existing customers and suppliers and forward them to the Management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by higher Management.
