∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Science or Agribusiness or Agricultural Economics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Crop Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Livestock or Fisheries
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Sylhet Agricultural University students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dedicated to achieve the yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Present and sell company services and projects to potential clients.
∎ Generate sales scope by targeting potential clients and build up strong relationships with them.
∎ Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity
∎ Expand new market areas and increase sales volume by building a strong network with public and private organizations.
∎ Analyse the potential business market and formulate effective planning to serve in the target market through quality visits, customer focus, product positioning and effective follow-up with management teams.
∎ Business plan design and implementation that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence anywhere.
∎ Building of strong long-lasting relationships with clients as well as understand their needs to capture those projects.
∎ Dedicated to effective client visits with the team members to existing and potential customers by making win-win situations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Students from any other institution other than the mentioned universities are not allowed to apply for this position.
∎ • Should have the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
∎ • Should have strong interpersonal skills to handle customer queries and objections
∎ • Should be able to move anywhere in BD whenever required.
∎ • Should be able to work diligently
∎ • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
∎ • Knowledge for preparation and participation in the business presentation will get preferred.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary increment will be considered based on performance.
