Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A candidate should have proficient knowledge of steel cutting and civil construction drawings.
∎ Identifying client's needs.
∎ Need to visit the site to take the measurement and then develop 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings.
∎ Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
∎ Monitoring projects and supervising the workers and technicians.
∎ Preparing bill of quantity and material requisition for the project.
∎ Checking contractor's bills and payments.
∎ Good knowledge of civil works, constructions, and environmental science.
∎ The ability to work in a team as well as to adapt to the changes is mandatory.
∎ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities to meet agreed on deadlines.
∎ A hard-working attitude and honest overall.
∎ Develop, implement and manage systems and communicate with client and company management needs.
∎ Ambitious, smart, result-driven, and righteous.
∎ To address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
∎ Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent & strong interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude, ability to lead and work well in a team setting.
∎ Strengths in listening, empathy, flexibility, and creativity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ One post for Bachelor degree holder another one for Diploma degree holder.
