∎ Strong understanding of Lifts or HVAC systems, commercial air-conditioning products, and their applications.
∎ Sufficient client portfolio or proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits inside or outside Dhaka.
∎ Age 24 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients in various industries including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors for Lifts or HVAC and commercial air-conditioning systems.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
∎ Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Work closely with the engineering, installation, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management.
