Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales and Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Prepare sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis and share with management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least five (2) years of industry sales experience.
∎ Self-motivated and driven by targets.
∎ Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
∎ Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
∎ The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
∎ Commercial awareness.
∎ IT skills, specially, excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and internet browsing.
∎ Numerical skills.
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales.
