Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Achieve Sales Targets (Monthly and FY based as assigned).
∎ 2. Customer Relationship and Key Accounts Management.
∎ 3. Lead generation, identify new business opportunities and build a customer portfolio.
∎ 4. Cooridnate and execute sales and promotional strategies to improve market presence and product visibility.
∎ 5. Maintain a thorough understanding of cable products and provide clients with customized solutions based on their technical and commercial requirements.
∎ 6. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and demand dynamics. Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the sales team and management.
∎ 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, offers, and progress. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates on demand.
∎ 8. Collaborate with technical, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
∎ 9. Maintain customer credit and ledger balance. Responsible for timely bill submission in order to recover dues
∎ 10. Responsible for maintaining all documents and records pertaining to sales, bill submission, AIT/TDS/VDS etc.
∎ 11. Report to and execute any official tasks as assigned by management concerns.
