- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hotel or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of both English and Bengali.
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell hotel shares and other facilities.
Identify and secure new corporate individual clients.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong client database and manage relationships using CRM software.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports for management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
