Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role within the hotel/real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of both English and Bengali.
Must be target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value corporate clients.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee the negotiation and finalization of major contracts and agreements.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing departments to create competitive pricing and attractive packages.
- Represent Beach Paradise Hotel & Resort PLC at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
