Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Target & Achievement.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Promoting Axis Energy Ltd to related business organizations and personals, Consultant firms and potential customers as per given areas and institutions.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Reporting- daily/monthly.
∎ Perform according to company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Operation: MS word, excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing.
∎ Commitment to stay minimum 3 years in the company.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
