∎ 02-05 years of advance experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel’s core Sales & Marketing Team.
∎ Have vast knowledge on Online Marketing and Field Activation.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge with the Local Market’s Award-winning Portfolio with campaign credentials.
∎ Should possess strong presentation & convincing capability, networking strength, entertaining clients, ability to plan ahead and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Age should not be more than 35 (thirty-five) years, as of last date of submitting the application.
∎ Age and Experience limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the Department smoothly.
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Command of the English language both written and verbal.
∎ Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
∎ Strong media, presentation and computer skills.
∎ Strong marketing skills.
∎ Skills in visualization, branding and execution of campaigns of any kind of product/services will be preferred.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.
∎ Should have a “Can Do Attitude”.
∎ Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka, a 5-Star Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh; is being operated by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Singapore and a member of the Global Hotel Alliance encompassing over 450 upscale and luxury hotels & resorts globally.
∎ We are inviting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following position of the Sales & Marketing Department. The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for the position:
∎ Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts’ managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
∎ Achieve monthly Sales Targets and develop good relations with corporate guests.
∎ Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible.
∎ Undertake direct sales solicitation on behalf of the hotel and calls on potential new accounts.
∎ Helps to prepare for annual budget, marketing/sales action plans as may be required by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Continuously update new business database and focus on key market segment, to promote hotel Rooms as well as Catering & Marketing activities.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management as and when requirement basis.
