Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and direct customers
∎ Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
∎ Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
∎ Cross& Up sell products
∎ Ensure racks are fully stocked
∎ Manage returns of merchandise
∎ Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Display your products as per VM standard

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years in direct retail sales experience (Aarong,Twelve, Le reve, Sailor, Ecstasy, Yellow, Artisan) are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Multitasking and time-management skill, with the ability to prioritize & execute task.
