Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct activities to achieve product Wise periodical sales budget
∎ Visit existing customers regularly to generate sales order
∎ Preparing product and market Wise promotional plan quarterly and seasonally
∎ Organize promotional campaigns and educate farmers on products and sustainable agriculture practices
∎ Maintaining strong liaison with farmers, retailers, DAE personnel and key influencers
∎ Ensure product pull and timely recovery of the credit balances
∎ Visiting markets and gather intelligence for improving market shares and penetrating new markets
∎ Build and maintain strong reputation at farmers level as technical specialist

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started With a positive attitude
∎ Must be able to think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
∎ Should have eligibility to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking
∎ Well conversant in English Language
∎ Proficient in computer usage
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle and must have valid driving license.
