Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: IT Knowledge, PRESENTATION SKILLS, Problem Solving, Strong interpersonal skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations of apartment and flat to customers and prospective customers
∎ Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
∎ Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.
∎ Provide proactive sales & service support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing customers to retain and accelerate sales.
∎ Collect, verify, analyses and communicate consumption information from existing and potential client for market exploration.
∎ Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
∎ Submitting periodical reports & reviews before deadline.

∎ Work with product and sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind.
∎ Demonstrate an understanding of what the customer will need in terms of on-going product, and manage expectations on the customer and sales side.
∎ Work with compliance to ensure all legal requirements are met.
∎ Provide feedback to the team as well as R&D for process or product improvements as required.
∎ Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
∎ Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Public university students will get preference.
∎ Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply for this job.
