Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka or other location (based on company need) for a Sales Engineer and Service Engineer. The responsibilities for this role include engaging with clients to promote and sell products, providing exemplary technical support, maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Educational background: BSc or Diploma in EEE, ME, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical fields is preferred.

• Preference will be given to candidates having a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and handling of Medical Equipment like, Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, Anesthesia machines and others.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales for delivering product solutions and achieving targets.

• Strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and resolving product-related technical issues.

• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

• Excellent Customer Service capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-site work environment.

• Familiarity with medical equipment and healthcare-related products will be an advantage.
