Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Diploma in Electrical
∎ Candidate from Public University will get preference (For B.Sc. in EEE).
∎ Candidate from any reputed Polytechnic Institute will get preference (For Diploma)
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,North South University,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,United International University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: At least 2year experience in any marketing position, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Development, Door To Door Marketing, Effective Communication, Engineering Product Sales, Excellent writing skill in English

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ 6 month probation period, after then job will be permanent after successfully completion of probation period.
∎ During the probation period will not be allowed to leave with pay.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience in similar Product
∎ Must have working experience in similar position at any company.
∎ Must have experience driving a motorcycle with a license
∎ Have experience in light engineering & heavy industry.
∎ Have experience industrial maintenance.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have analytical ability.
∎ Effective technical skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Verbal and written communication skills
∎ Commercial awareness
∎ Team working skills
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Auto CAD Design as extra advantage.
∎ An in-depth knowledge of general administration services of the factory is required.
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated.
Salary: Negotiable
