Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales target for the sales depot.
∎ Monitor sales and financial performance to ensure the sales team is meeting or exceeding target for sales plan and sales efficiency metrics.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Consistently look for opportunities for improving performance of the depot and suggesting ways of improvement.
∎ Ensure everyone at the depot is following the standard processes and practices.
∎ Maintain strict inventory control at the sales depot.
∎ Ensure maintenance of company assets in good condition.
∎ Maintain good relationship with key customers in the market.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with relevant local officials.
∎ Troubleshoot issues arising on day-to-day basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a sales team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Dedication to providing great customer service.
∎ Ability to lead a sales team.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong negotiating skills.
∎ Strong business acumen.
∎ Proven problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Great networking ability with local authorities.
∎ Ability to utilize mobile technology for remote selling and consistent communication with co-workers and customers.
∎ Unquestionable honesty.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
