Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the accounting of the sales depot: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity
∎ Maintain accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Utilize database software to organize financial account information
∎ Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
∎ Follow proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Perform annual audits
∎ Provide recommendations for improving efficiency
∎ Meet financial accounting objectives
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
∎ Stock/inventory control of all sales depots
∎ Maintain day-to-day close relationship with all sales depot In-Charge(s)
∎ Oversee the sales depot's budget, cash-flow, expenses and returns
∎ Managing all banking affairs and banking relationships
∎ Managing VAT payments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ 3+ years' proven working experience as accounts officer
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
∎ Thorough knowledge of local tax laws
∎ Experience of managing company's tax affairs
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ BS degree in Accounting or Finance
∎ Impeccable integrity

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
