What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience (retail, service center, or automotive sector, B2C sales preferred)

• Strong communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)

• Comfortable using Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and basic photo/video tools

• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment

• Target-driven and willing to learn

About the Role

Are you great at connecting with people and turning interest into action? We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Engagement Officer to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads from digital platforms, and help us grow daily conversions at our LPG Workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and close sales confidently

• Follow up on leads from Facebook, calls, and referrals

• Respond promptly and professionally to Messenger, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries

• Explain our services clearly and guide customers through the process

• Keep a log of daily leads and follow-ups (using Google Sheets or a simple CRM)

• Help organize promotions and support digital marketing activities

• Build relationships with individual and corporate clients

• Meet or exceed monthly conversion and sales targets

• Salary: Negotiable + Commission
