Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proper Night shift ( work from office)
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain our services.
∎ Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.
∎ Maintain accurate records of daily calls and outcomes.
∎ Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
∎ Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Strong verbal communication in both English and Bangla
∎ Convincing and negotiation skills
∎ Good listening and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales
∎ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling)
∎ Confidence, patience, and professionalism
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Time management and multitasking abilities
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC passed; Bachelor's degree preferred
∎ Video CV preferred
∎ Prior experience in telesales, counselling, or EdTech sales is a plus
∎ Willingness to work during night shift (to match US time zones)
∎ Strong learning attitude and adaptability
