∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Report preparation for county leader
∎ 2.Reports to country leader
∎ 3. LC handling and calls handling of commercial team.
∎ 4. Coordinating across the business.
∎ 5. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
∎ 5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
∎ 6. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
∎ 7. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
∎ 8. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
∎ 9. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
∎ 10. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
∎ 11. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
∎ 12. Ensure adherence to laws and policies
∎ 13. Team travel management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ a) Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
∎ b)Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
∎ c) Proficiency in English
∎ d) Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
∎ e) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ f) A team player with high level of dedication
