Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/Diploma in Engineering/BSc in Engineering
∎ Educational qualifications will be flexible if the candidate is experienced in TV Product Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Television retail sales (STS: Registration)
∎ Ensure Direct TV retail sales meets the target
∎ Ensure Television retail sales growth
∎ Develop and maintain showroom hygiene
∎ Ensure proper execution of POSM at showroom & sub-dealer points
∎ Ensure minimum showroom stock through challan
∎ Execute Local outdoor Promotion & Campaign
∎ Ensure proper TV Display
∎ Groom the idle showroom

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Skilled in retail, product demonstration, basic troubleshooting of IT products and customer experience.
∎ Contributing to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal communication (vocal personality) & networking skills.
∎ Demonstrating integrity by modeling values and ethical standards.
∎ Good technical knowledge of TV products.
∎ Having the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
