Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
∎ • 5+ years of experience in software sales
∎ • Proven track record of success in closing deals in Enterprise, B2B sales within the software industry.
∎ • Strong understanding of the software sales process and leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
∎ • Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Management Information Systems (MIS), HRM/Payroll, and Bespoke software.
∎ • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
∎ • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Enterprise Software Sales: Drive and oversee the sales efforts for Enterprise-level software solutions, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Close deals and deliver on commitments
∎ 2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to excel in achieving individual and collective sales goals. Provide training and development to sales representatives
∎ 3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth within the software and information systems sector.
∎ 4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the market, focusing on key software solutions. Track and analyze sales performance data
∎ 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
∎ 6. Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of our software solutions, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to clients. Stay up-to-date on the latest software trends and technologies
∎ 7. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
