∎ Graduation / Masters / MBA from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual sales target along with sourcing potential customers.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting all types of Bank's product to the potential customer.
∎ Maintain effective business relationship with Bank's customer and cross-selling approach.
∎ Sourcing, managing and coordinating sales and service related activities.
∎ Ensure proper service to customer including collection and completion of application with all required documents.
∎ Ability to lead sales team and set sales targets for each team member.
∎ Achieve team sales target along with sourcing potential customers.
∎ Preparing daily, monthly and weekly sales report and submit to Line Manager.
∎ Perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Bank/NBFI. Candidates having relevant experience and similar exposure in other industry are also encouraged to apply
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 28000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive incentive/commission based on target achievement and performance
