Educational Requirements:
∎ Ongoing university students (Bachelors/Masters) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and achieve the sales target of assigned departments
∎ Ensure conversion targets & high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service as per company-set standards
∎ Handle customer complaints/ queries and solve them according to company regulations
∎ Track inventory and ensure proper display at the assigned departments as per visual merchandising requirements
∎ Maintain a high standard of service quality by following the standard Point of Sales (POS) operating process
∎ Execute any other additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to achieve goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have National Identity Card (NID)
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Able to handle customer queries and perform multi-task
∎ Good understanding of customer service and product knowledge
∎ Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Previous work experience is not required
