∎ Minimum H.S.C or equivalent/ Running private university students
∎ Graduate/BBA major in Marketing will be preferred
∎ Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting customers when they walk through the door
∎ Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
∎ Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one
∎ Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
∎ Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
∎ Achieve the sales target assigned by the store manager.
∎ Cross-sell and Up-Sell products
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services
∎ Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
∎ Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Cheerful working attitude
∎ Outstanding customer service skills
∎ Ability to work a flexible schedule
