Responsibilities & Context:
Greet customers, assist with product selection, and address their inquiries.
Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike, and Bugatti’s brand values and service standards.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer interactions and sales techniques.
Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and be well-versed in product features and benefits.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
Implement sales strategies, participate in promotions, and contribute to overall sales goals.
Handle inventory management, monitoring stock levels, ordering, and organizing.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Promoting additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
