Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers, assist with product selection, and address their inquiries.
∎ Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike, and Bugatti’s brand values and service standards.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer interactions and sales techniques.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and be well-versed in product features and benefits.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
∎ Implement sales strategies, participate in promotions, and contribute to overall sales goals.
∎ Handle inventory management, monitoring stock levels, ordering, and organizing.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
∎ Promoting additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
