∎ We, AGRI AQUA BD are one of the renowned importers of Live Plants & Flower bulbs in Bangladesh. We are currently hiring SALES ASSOCIATE for our Narayanganj Outlet (Newly established).
∎ Our Narayanganj Outlet is located at Doyel City Plaza-01, besides Ali Ahmad Chunka Pathagar & Almas Point.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and achieve the company's sales target.
∎ Ensure conversion targets & high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
∎ Handle customer complaints/queries and solve them according to company guidelines.
∎ Maintain a high standard of service quality.
∎ Execute any other additional tasks assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ No Need Experience but 1 year of experience in a relevant role gets preference.
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Able to perform multi-task with a problem-solving approach
∎ Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Self Motivated.
