∎ Diploma in Agriculture from Govt recognized ATI under BTEB or Minimum H.S.C (Science is preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare item wise Sales Plan and Party wise collection plan for every month
∎ Prepare work plan and tour program for every month;
∎ Identify new avenues for the products and continuous search for new dealer; assist area manager for dealers and Retailers enrollment;
∎ Conduct sales operation, strengthen collection drive and emphasize achieving stressful monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collection target;
∎ Carry out demonstration and PDS activities to show product performance, motivate farmers, create product demand and contribute in increasing Sales
∎ To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy in all MS office applications.
∎ Motor Cycle driving having BRTA license

Salary: Negotiable
