∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Preference will be given to those skilled in motorcycle riding.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Sales and Service Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, handling customer, and providing exceptional service, tasks such as assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, providing after-sales service and support, maintaining customer records, and resolving any customer issues or complaints of water purifiers.
∎ As a Sales and Service Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling water purifiers, providing exceptional coordinating the installation and maintenance of water purifiers.
∎ This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work located in Dhaka but with flexibility for some remote work.
∎ Working as directed by supervisor to achieve sales targets
∎ Providing holistic service through proper communication with customers.
∎ Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing customer service.
∎ Arranging and displaying merchandise as per plan.
∎ Proper packaging and delivery of products should be done according to the rules.
∎ Increase sales by informing customers about offers and promotions.
